For the use of this website as well as the business relations between STYLED HOME OBJECTS, Zeisenbergstrasse 6, CH-8911 Rifferswil and their customers, the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply in the version currently available and valid when the website is called up or when ordering goods. The customer is any natural and legal person who maintains business relationships with STYLED HOME OBJECTS. The Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment as well as the Data Protection Regulations may be amended from time to time. STYLED HOME OBJECTS asks you to read these provisions carefully every time you visit the website and every order for goods. These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. 3. Prices
The prices of STYLED HOME OBJECTS include, unless otherwise noted, the statutory value added tax, any early recycling fees (VRG) and copyright levies on electronic equipment. The prices are gross in Swiss francs (CHF). Any shipping costs will be charged additionally, unless otherwise provided, and will have to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are shown separately in the ordering process.

Customers domiciled outside Switzerland must pay VAT and customs duties of the respective country. Please contact us here if you have any questions.

We reserve the right to make technical changes, errors and printing errors, in particular STYLED HOME OBJECTS may make price changes at any time and without prior notice. Sales prices do not include support services.

4. Conclusion of the contract
The offers on this website constitute a non-binding invitation to the customer to order products and/or services from STYLED HOME OBJECTS. By placing an order on this website, including the acceptance of these GTC, the customer makes a legally binding offer for the conclusion of the contract. STYLED HOME OBJECTS then sends an automatic „order confirmation“ by email, which confirms that the customer’s offer has been received by STYLED HOME OBJECTS. Orders placed are binding for the customer. The contract is concluded as soon as STYLED HOME OBJECTS sends a declaration of acceptance by email, in which the dispatch of the ordered products or services is confirmed. Orders will only be delivered after full receipt of payment if the goods are available. If, after conclusion of the contract, it is possible that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, STYLED HOME OBJECTS is entitled to withdraw from the entire contract or from a part of the contract. If the customer has already received payment from STYLED HOME OBJECTS, the payment will be refunded to the customer. If no payment has been made, the customer will be exempted from the obligation to pay. STYLED HOME OBJECTS is not obliged to make a replacement delivery in the event of termination of the contract.

5. Payment options and retention of title
The payment options specified in the ordering process are available to the customer.
STYLED HOME OBJECTS reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options without giving reasons. The products delivered to the customer remain the property of STYLED HOME OBJECTS until full payment has been made.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna. The payment period is 14 days from the date of shipment of the goods. This service is not available for all countries.

The use of the payment methods invoice requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit check as part of the purchase initiation and execution of the purchase contract. 6. Delivery, inspection obligation, notification of defects and return of the defective goods
Deliveries will be sent by post or courier service to the address specified by the customer in the order. Invoicing is done by selecting the customer, see payment options. If the delivery is not deliverable or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, STYLED HOME OBJECTS can terminate the contract after a notice of complaint by e-mail to the customer and with a reasonable period of time and to invoice the costs for the movements. The customer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which STYLED HOME OBJECTS provides warranty without delay in writing by letter or email to the address STYLED HOME OBJECTS, Zeisenbergstrasse 6, 8911 Rifferswil, hc.emohdelyts@ecivres.

Returns to STYLED HOME OBJECTS are made at the customer’s expense and risk. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to those of STYLED HOME OBJECTS. If, during the examination by STYLED HOME OBJECTS, it is established that the goods have no detectable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, STYLED HOME OBJECTS may invoice the customer for the movements, the return or any disposal.

7. Returns of goods and right of withdrawal

STYLED HOME OBJECTS reserves the right to demand reasonable compensation for damage, excessive wear or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the impairment from the purchase price already paid or to invoice the customer.

No right of withdrawal is granted in the following cases:
(i) If the contract has a random element, in particular because the price is subject to fluctuations over which the provider has no influence.
(ii) where the contract deals with a movable item which, by its nature, is not suitable for return or can quickly spoil;
(iii) where the contract relates to a movable item which is designed according to the consumer’s specifications or is clearly tailored to personal needs;
(iv) if the contract is concerned with digital content and such content is not made available on a fixed medium, or if the contract is to be fully fulfilled by both parties immediately;
(v) If the contract is a service and the contract is to be fulfilled by the supplier with the prior express consent of the consumer before the withdrawal period has expired.
(vi) In the areas of accommodation, transport, supply of food and drink and leisure activities, where the provider undertakes to provide the services at a specific time or within a specified period of time at the time of conclusion of the contract.

8. Warranty
STYLED HOME OBJECTS strives to deliver goods of impeccable quality. In the event of defects complained of in good time, STYLED HOME OBJECTS assumes the warranty for the freedom of defects and functionality of the object purchased by the customer during the statutory warranty period of usually two years from the date of delivery. AT THE discretion of STYLED HOME OBJECTS, it is reasonable to provide warranty by free repair, equivalent replacement or refund of the purchase price. Further claims are excluded. The warranties do not cover the normal wear and tear and the consequences of improper treatment or damage by the customer or third parties, as well as defects due to external circumstances. The warranty for consumables and wear parts (e.g. batteries, batteries, etc.) is also waived. STYLED HOME OBJECTS is not able to make representations or guarantees for the up-to-dateness, completeness and correctness of the data as well as for the constant or undisturbed availability of the website, its functionalities, integrated hyperlinks and other contents. In particular, no assurance is made or guaranteed that the use of the website does not infringe any rights of third parties who are not owned by STYLED HOME OBJECTS.

9. Liability
STYLED HOME OBJECTS Alexandra Kast excludes all liability, regardless of her legal basis, as well as claims for damages and any assistants and vicarious agents. 11. Other provisions
STYLED HOME OBJECTS expressly reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and to put them into force without notice.
In the event of a dispute, only substantive Swiss law applies to the exclusion of conflict-of-law norms. The UN Sales Law (CISG, Vienna Sales Law) is explicitly excluded.

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless the law provides for mandatory jurisdictions.
